Hello Everyone,
My name is Jaideep Kakar and I am the current USG President. I am a senior honors student studying Finance and International Studies at the Kelley School of Business and Economics at the IU School of Liberal Arts. I got involved in USG as a senator during my sophomore year at IUPUI. Since then, I have had the opportunity to hold positions within both the executive board and senate leadership as Director of Communications, President of Senate, and now President. In addition to my involvement in USG, I have also served as the Vice-President of Riverwalk and Townhomes Council, and a peer mentor in the International Peer Mentoring Program. I hope to use my leadership experience within USG and other offices and organizations on campus to lead the executive team to the best of my abilities and to advocate for students across campus.
